Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick Welcome Daughter Penelope Scotland

Kourtney Kardashian and boyfriend Scott Disick have welcomed their second child, a daughter named Penelope Scotland, born early Sunday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, reports E! News.
